Website Terms of Use
1. Website purpose
The website introduces Heydao, presents the product direction, accepts launch-update signups and partnership inquiries. The website is not the App and does not provide user gatherings, chat or transaction services. The App and other services are governed by the terms presented with those services.
Unless expressly labelled as actual statistics, people, interfaces, activities and data shown on the website are illustrative and may differ from the final product. Expressly labelled statistics may also vary because of calculation periods, rounding or update delays.
2. Acceptable use
You may not attack, interfere with, damage, bypass security measures for, or access the website or its interfaces in unauthorized bulk, or submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, harassing or spam content. We may take reasonable steps to stop abuse, protect the website and comply with law.
3. Waitlist and email
Submitting your email for launch updates means that you agree to receive Heydao launch and related waitlist notices. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an account, invitation, availability in a particular city or any priority. You may stop non-essential email at any time using the unsubscribe method in an email or by contacting hello@heydao.app.
4. Partnership inquiries
Anyone submitting a partnership inquiry must be authorized to provide information for the relevant business and must ensure that the information is truthful and accurate. Submitting an inquiry or communicating with us does not automatically create a partnership, agency, employment, joint venture or brand licence. Any formal partnership or authority to act for Heydao must be confirmed in writing by Heydao Technologies Inc.
5. Intellectual property
HEYDAO, 嘿岛, logos, copy, interfaces, images, videos, layouts and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and are owned, licensed or otherwise authorized for use by Heydao Technologies Inc. or the relevant rights holder. Without appropriate permission, you may not copy, republish, sell, create infringing derivative content, use confusingly similar marks or imply an official relationship with Heydao.
If you believe website content infringes your rights, contact copyright@heydao.app and identify the relevant work, page location, your contact details and the basis for your authority to submit the request.
6. Third-party services
The website may link to app stores, email, social platforms or other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their operators and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, that waitlist email will be delivered, that the product will launch, that any city will be available, or that displayed features will be implemented. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heydao Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the website, reliance on website content or access to third-party links.
This section does not exclude or limit liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Personal information on the website is handled as described in the Website Privacy Policy.
9. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms and will show the updated date on this page. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada, and related disputes are subject to courts with jurisdiction in British Columbia.
