1. 控制者与适用范围1. Controller and scope
官网由 Heydao Technologies Inc. 运营。我们只把本政策用于公开官网、官网候补名单、官网联系邮件和官网分析。App 账号、聊天、定位、安全功能、活动、商家端和 App 内审核另受 App 内隐私政策约束。The website is operated by Heydao Technologies Inc. This policy covers only the public website, website waitlist, website contact emails, and website analytics. App accounts, chat, location, safety features, gatherings, merchant portal, and in-app moderation are governed by the in-app Privacy Policy.
如果某个网页或链接错误地跳到 App 法律页，或 App 跳到官网法律页，请以您实际使用的服务场景为准，并联系 privacy@heydao.app 要求更正。If a page or link mistakenly takes you to an app legal page, or the App takes you to a website legal page, the service context you are actually using controls. Contact privacy@heydao.app so we can correct it.

候补名单：您主动提交的邮箱、界面语言、提交时间、来源页面或 UTM 活动。官网联系：您发送给我们的邮箱地址、邮件内容、附件、时间和我们处理该邮件所需的内部记录。Waitlist: the email you voluntarily submit, interface language, submission time, source page, or UTM campaign. Website contact: your email address, message content, attachments, time, and internal records needed to handle your message.
我们不会通过官网收集姓名、App 账号、精确位置、身份证件、付款卡号、聊天内容、通讯录或跨网站浏览记录。请不要通过官网联系表或邮箱发送不必要的身份证件、健康信息、付款卡信息或他人个人信息。We do not collect names, App accounts, precise location, identity documents, payment-card numbers, chat content, contacts, or cross-site browsing history through the website. Please do not send unnecessary identity documents, health information, payment-card information, or other people’s personal information through website contact forms or email.
3. 官网访问分析3. Website analytics
我们使用由嘿岛自行控制的第一方分析系统衡量页面访问、停留时间、滚动深度、功能区到达、语言切换、下载及候补按钮点击、来源活动、设备类型、浏览器和国家级大致地区。我们的官网分析不会使用第三方广告分析、跨站追踪、Cookie、localStorage 或持久设备标识,也不会跨页面、跨网站或跨设备识别访客。官网可能在您的浏览器本地使用 localStorage 保存语言偏好;该偏好仅用于显示中英文界面,不用于广告或跨站追踪,也不会与候补邮箱或 App 账号合并。We use a first-party analytics system controlled by Heydao to measure page visits, time on page, scroll depth, sections reached, language changes, download and waitlist clicks, campaign source, device type, browser and approximate country-level location. Our website analytics do not use third-party advertising analytics, cross-site tracking, cookies, localStorage or persistent device identifiers, and do not recognize visitors across pages, websites or devices. The website may use localStorage locally in your browser to remember your language preference; this preference is used only to display the Chinese or English interface, not for advertising or cross-site tracking, and is never merged with your waitlist email or App account.

Events use only a random page-level identifier for one page view and do not recognize visitors across pages, websites, devices or dates. Raw events are intended to be retained for no more than 90 days, then deleted or retained only as non-personal aggregates.

4. 候补名单与邮件4. Waitlist and email
如果您主动加入上线提醒，我们会保存您提交的邮箱、界面语言、提交时间和来源，用于发送产品上线及必要的候补名单通知。候补邮箱不会与去标识化官网分析事件合并，也不会出售或用于第三方广告。我们使用 Supabase 保存记录，并可能使用 Resend 发送邮件。If you join launch updates, we store the email address you submit, interface language, submission time and source to send launch and necessary waitlist notices. Waitlist emails are not combined with de-identified website analytics, sold or used for third-party advertising. We use Supabase to store records and may use Resend to send email.
候补邮件会尽量只用于上线提醒、产品可用性、您主动请求的合作/联系回复以及必要的管理通知。您可退订非必要邮件；但我们可能仍发送与您的请求、安全、法律或记录管理有关的必要邮件。Waitlist email is intended for launch updates, product availability, responses to partnership/contact requests you initiate, and necessary administrative notices. You may unsubscribe from non-essential email; we may still send necessary messages about your request, security, legal, or recordkeeping matters.
5. 服务商、跨境处理与保存期限5. Providers, cross-border processing, and retention
我们可能使用托管服务商、数据库服务商、邮件服务商、域名/DNS 服务商和安全监控服务商处理官网数据。这些服务商只能为我们提供服务，不得为自己的广告目的使用官网数据。数据可能在加拿大、美国或服务商运营所在地区处理。We may use hosting, database, email, domain/DNS, and security monitoring providers to process website data. These providers may use website data only to provide services to us, not for their own advertising purposes. Data may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other regions where the providers operate.

Partnership and contact emails are kept as needed to handle requests, audits, disputes, and legal requirements. De-identified aggregate analytics may be kept long term because they do not identify individuals. Raw website analytics events are intended to be kept for no more than 90 days.
6. 您的选择与权利6. Your choices and rights
浏览器启用 Do Not Track 或 Global Privacy Control 时，官网不会发送分析事件。您可以要求查询、更正或删除候补信息，或对官网分析提出异议。The website does not send analytics events when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. You may request access, correction or deletion of waitlist information, or object to website analytics.
根据您所在地法律，您可能有权访问、更正、删除、撤回同意、限制处理、反对处理或获取我们持有的个人信息副本。我们可能需要验证您的身份，并可能在法律允许时保留必要记录。Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, restrict processing, object to processing, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold. We may need to verify your identity and may retain necessary records where permitted by law.
7. 未成年人、安全与政策变更7. Minors, security, and changes
嘿岛面向年满 18 岁、且达到所在地法定成年年龄(如更高)的用户;如所在地成年年龄高于 18 岁,以所在地成年年龄为准。官网候补名单不面向未成年人；如果我们发现未成年人提交了候补邮箱，我们会删除。我们采用合理的技术和组织措施保护官网数据，但没有任何系统能保证绝对安全。Heydao is for users who are at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where they live (if higher); where the local age of majority is above 18, the local age of majority applies. The website waitlist is not intended for minors; if we learn that a minor submitted a waitlist email, we will delete it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect website data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
